Lorcana Enchanted Cards

Enchanted is Disney Lorcana's chase rarity: a borderless, full-art foil reprint of a card that already exists in the set at a lower rarity. The art bleeds to the card edge, the foil treatment covers the whole face, and the rarity symbol is a six-sided gem. Mechanically an Enchanted plays identically to its base printing — the premium is entirely about scarcity and the alternate art.

Every main set since The First Chapter has carried an Enchanted run: 12 cards in each of the first two sets, and 18 per set from Into the Inklands (Set 3) onward. They sit at the end of the collector-number sequence, numbered above the set's base card count — Elsa — Spirit of Winter is card 42 of 204 in The First Chapter, while its Enchanted printing is numbered 207. That number is the most reliable way to identify one.

How rare are they? Ravensburger does not publish pull rates. Community tracking is unofficial, but recent box-opening tallies put an Enchanted at very roughly one every two to three booster boxes, with older sets running scarcer — rare enough that most players never pull a specific one, which is why singles prices run from tens to hundreds of dollars. Treat any pull rate you read, including that one, as a rough community estimate rather than a fact.

How to identify an Enchanted card

• Collector number above the set size — e.g. 207/204. Base cards never exceed the printed set count; Enchanted (and other special printings) do.
• Borderless full-art treatment — no standard frame; the illustration covers the whole card.
• All-over foil — Enchanted cards are always foil, with a distinctive iridescent finish.
• Six-sided rarity gem — the hexagonal symbol near the card number, distinct from the shapes used for Common through Legendary.

Why Enchanted prices spread so widely

Character demand does most of the work: marquee Disney characters and fan-favorite songs hold value while less iconic Enchanted cards from the same set settle far lower. Set age matters too — early-set Enchanted cards predate the larger print runs of later waves. And because every Enchanted is foil, condition is unforgiving; even light edge wear separates a card from near-mint listings.
